MISSION

The U.S. Internet Provider Association will serve both as the ISP community's representative during policy debates and as a forum in which members can share information and develop sound practices for handling specific legal matters.

Although the Association's principal focus will be on legal and policy matters in the United States, US ISPA will also monitor and engage in international developments of concern to the members. Similarly, although the Association will focus on federal matters, it will also address important state-level issues identified by the members. When appropriate, US ISPA will intervene in lawsuits of general interest to the membership.
